The following rules and instructions have been put into place to create a smooth booking experience. It is the clients responsibility to be aware of booking policies to avoid confusion and misunderstanding.

Please understand everything listed will be adhered to, your consent to these terms and conditions will be required to complete booking.

Deposits/Refunds

​

1.) $28 booking fee (deposit) REQUIRED and NON-REFUNDABLE.

$28 Deposit required to book. $25 goes towards service total. $3 flat rate processing fee.

If the option to pay deposit doesn't appear cash app 251-455-8636 (my picture will appear. please note this is my only cashapp)  or your appointment will be terminated

2.) ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RENDERED.

House Rules

• MUST wear mask into building or service will be refused. *Refrain from booking if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. If you come into contact with virus please reach out immediately to reschedule. failing to appear to appointment will result in being charged FULL price.*

• NO extra people allowed unless they are receiving a service.

• Hair MUST be ear length or longer. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Please be ON time and show up at your SCHEDULED appointment time. Appointments are duration based.  (Note: If you prefer to come early, please politely sit in your car until exact appointment time.)

• Once you have booked your appointment you CANNOT sale your appointment to someone else.

• NO same day appointments. ALL squeeze ins are an additional $30 if time frame permits.

 

How to Prepare for Appointment

 

1. MAKE SURE HAIR IS AT LEAST EAR LENGTH.

2. WASH YOUR HAIR THOROUGHLY.

3. BLOW DRY HAIR AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE.

4. DO NOT ADD ANY PRODUCTS/OILS TO HAIR.

5. ARRIVE TO APPOINTMENT PICTURE READY.

 

MAKE SURE NO PRODUCTS ARE IN YOUR HAIR! IF YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH ANY PRODUCTS IN YOUR HAIR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED and CHARGED FULL PRICE.

 

When booking your appointment please include any add ons you would like in the special request box. the list of add ons and additional fees are listed below.​

1. provide braiding hair ( 1, 1b, 2, 4, and 613) - $10

2. zigzag part - $15

3. extra length - $10

4. curly ends - $5

 

Cancellation / Rescheduling

• Please be ON time and show up at your SCHEDULED appointment time. Appointments are duration based. 

• NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged full service amount and blocked from booking.

• Cancellation Fees WILL be charged for appointments that are NOT cancelled 24 hours before appointment start time. *You may cancel your appointment FREELY up to 48 hours prior on booking site. * 47-40 Hours: Deposit ONLY 39-25 Hours: 25% of service charge 24-0 Hours: 50% of service charge.

• In order to reschedule, FULL PAYMENT must be rendered. (pre-paying.​
